James was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor in South Australia in 2005, and later that year to the High Court and Federal Court of Australia. He began his legal career in 2004 with a large commercial law firm, while completing his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Politics) at the University of Adelaide.
Over times, James has acquired extensive experience in commercial litigation, insurance law, and personal injury, having worked across several leading Adelaide firms. In 2012, he moved in-house at a large utility company, serving first as Insurance Manager and later as Principal Solicitor, before returning to private practice in 2021.
At Bambrick Legal, James advises clients on litigation, dispute resolution, personal injury, and employment law.
